SIL Property Awards 2025 – and the winners are…..
Friday saw the handing out of this year’s Portugal Property Fair (SIL) Property Awards that distinguish the best real estate projects in Portugal.
At this edition 13 awards and one honorary mention were awarded along with the usual ‘Personality of the Year’ award.
There were 46 applicants for the awards from companies, entities, developments, or independent phases of developments located in Portugal, whereby the construction had been completed or nearly so.
Apart from the main applicants, the AIP Foundation and SIL’s strategy board handed out the Personality of the Year Award for a person who has stood out in recent years on the Portuguese property landscape.
This year that award went to Joaquim Rocha de Sousa, President of Century 21 Spain and Portugal who is one of the most influential entrepreneurs in the sector because of his “strategic and innovative vision which has taken the estate agency sector on the Iberian Peninsula to new heights”.

- Best Real Estate Development – New Construction – Tourism: Corporate First | CASAIS CONSTRUCTION
- Innovation award – NOVA MARINA de Vilamoura|NOVA MARINA de Vilamoura.
- Urban Rehabilitation Award – Housing: Fábrica 1921|TEIXEIRA GESTÃO DE PARTICIPAÇÕES E INVESTIMENTOS IMOBILIÁRIOS, S.A.
- Urban Rehabilitation Award – Commercial Services & Offices: Oriente Green Campus|Developer: Fundo Multiusos Oriente; Presenting Entity: Norfin SGOIC.
- Urban Rehabilitation Award – Tourism: DUO Hotel | LACE INVESTMENT PARTNERS
- Urban Rehabilitation Award – Public Spaces: MUDE – Museum of Design | Lisbon Municipal Council| Lisboa Ocidental SRU – Sociedade de Reabilitação Urbana, E.M., S.A.
- Inovation Award – Development: Douro Nobilis | Revito
