Logicor achieves net revenue of €719 million in 2024

Logicor, one of the main owners, managers and developers of logistics real estate in Europe, with a portfolio of logistics assets in Portugal, has announced net revenues of €719 million for 2024, a growth of 2.8% on 2023.

Investment in new spaces and the refurbishment of existing assets also increased significantly, rising 29% compared to 2023, totaling 435 million euros. This effort includes 12 projects already completed and 13 under development, which are expected to generate an additional €52 million in net operating income after their stabilisation, projecting a promising future for the company.

Logicor is recognized in Portugal and plays a relevant role in the logistics sector throughout Europe. The company has a portfolio of assets in strategic locations, currently managing several spaces in Portugal, including Azambuja, Palmela, Sintra, Santo Tirso and Porto, areas considered crucial for national logistics.

In total, Logicor manages a portfolio of more than 900,000 m² of real estate assets in Portugal, with continuous expansion plans in locations of strategic relevance, close to the main transport axes and population centres.

Rent growth in annual comparison was 3%, driven by strong relocation spreads and rent indexation, which was moderated by the reduction of rates.
